Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
This policy explains what AllexTrade collects when you use this website or send a sourcing request, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and how you can ask us to access or delete it. It describes how this website actually works today — not a template of features we do not use.
1. Who we are
AllexTrade is an independent China sourcing service for e-commerce sellers and brands. We are not a factory, a marketplace or a certification body. For this policy, "we" and "us" mean AllexTrade.
For privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests, contact: allextrade@outlook.com.
Business registration details (registered entity name and address) are not published on this website. If you need them for procurement or compliance review, ask us by email before any paid engagement and we will provide them in writing.
2. What we collect
| Data | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Sourcing request text (product, requirements) and your email address | When you submit the request form | To review your request and reply by email |
| IP address | Automatically, on form submission | Spam and abuse prevention (rate limiting) |
| Page URL and campaign parameters (UTM tags, and advertising click identifiers such as gclid where present) | When you submit the request form | To understand which page or campaign led to your enquiry |
| Aggregate usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referral source) | While you browse, if analytics is active | To measure and improve site performance |
We do not ask for, and do not want, payment card numbers, government ID numbers or other sensitive personal data through this website. The request form has exactly two required fields: what you want to source, and your email address.
3. Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-YNNNDF7HGB) to understand aggregate traffic and behaviour — for example which pages are read and whether a visitor reaches the request form. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) and collects data in aggregated form.
- Analytics events record the page, the source section and the fact that a form was submitted. Your email address and the text of your request are not sent to Google Analytics.
- We do not currently run advertising cookies or remarketing tags on this site. If Google Ads conversion tracking is added later, this policy will be updated before or when it goes live.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The site remains usable without analytics.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or publish your enquiry data. Limited sharing happens only to operate the service:
- Google — analytics processing (Google Analytics 4).
- Our email provider — to deliver the notification that a new enquiry has arrived, and to reply to you.
- Suppliers — only the product and specification details needed to obtain a quotation. We do not pass your email address to suppliers without your agreement.
- Legal obligations — if we are required to disclose information by applicable law.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while your request is active and for as long as needed to follow up on it. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by emailing allextrade@outlook.com; we remove the enquiry record unless we are legally required to keep it. Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting of our Google Analytics property.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing, or ask for a copy. To exercise any of these, email us with the address you used to contact us. We will respond within a reasonable period.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, our basis for processing an enquiry is your request to receive sourcing information (performance of a pre-contractual step) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries; analytics relies on your consent where required by local law.
7. Security
Enquiry data is stored in a database that is not publicly accessible, and access is limited to the people who handle sourcing requests. No system is perfectly secure: if you believe your data has been mishandled, contact us and we will investigate.
8. Children
This site is intended for businesses and professional buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
If how we handle data changes — for example if advertising conversion tracking is added — this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
