What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product, the factory and the specifications you need — there is no single number that applies to every request. When we compare options for you, MOQ terms from each supplier are listed side by side so you can see what each one requires.
What information do I need to request a quotation?
At minimum: the product (a link or photo helps) and your email. Target market, estimated quantity, target price, packaging or customization requirements make the quotations you receive more accurate — but you can start without them.
Can I request samples before ordering?
Sample availability depends on the product and the supplier. Where samples are offered, we help coordinate the request and track the process. Sample fees and shipping arrangements are confirmed with each supplier case by case — we state them upfront rather than making assumptions.
Can you help with customized products or packaging?
Yes — communicating customization requirements (branding, packaging, materials, colors) with suppliers is part of our service. Whether a specific supplier can support a specific customization depends on the product and the factory, so we confirm feasibility with each option before you commit.
How do you research potential suppliers?
